- What is RipRip?
- RipRip is FirstRip's closed-loop store credit. 1 RipRip equals $1 of redemption value inside FirstRip. You can spend it on sealed product, singles, break spots and services.
- Can I cash out RipRip?
- No. RipRip can never be converted to cash or transferred to another member for payment. It is store credit only.
- How is bonus RipRip decided?
- Bonus rates are fixed and published. They depend only on the size of the pack you buy and your membership tier — never on what comes out of a box, pack or break.
- Does RipRip expire?
- Purchased RipRip does not expire within five years of issuance. Awarded (bonus) credit carries an expiry date shown in your wallet, and we email you 30 and 7 days before it lapses.
- Where do the live sales happen?
- On third-party platforms — Whatnot, Fanatics Live, eBay Live and TikTok Shop. FirstRip is the membership, content and vault layer, not a marketplace.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from your profile. Your RipRip balance stays available under the terms in force when it was issued.
